This one, I got it while I was cutting down an entire forest for industry to build on. I accidentally made a mistake with the chain saw and cut my head off. Fortunately, I was able to pull myself back to my body with just my teeth, sew my head back on with hairs off my own head, and finish chopping down the final tree just before it got the chance to call for reinforcements.*
